I lived in Villa Park for 20 years and never heard of this baggage car before. Considering the Espee Tustin branch was cut at Wanda ( Villa Park Orchards ) after the trestle over Santiago Creek washed out in 1969, I'm thinking the car was either trucked in, or it has been there a long time. Is it located on the remnants of an old farm or ranch house ??? Judging by the narrow door I'd say it was an RPO at one time.
