Both CF7's are alive and well, I just saw them both last week. The thing with Satellite views like that is often times they are a combination of photos stitched together from various times and even various days. For example, if you look at the Stockton area on Google Earth, you can see the CCT's 1790 on two different trains at once at two different locations.
