CFNR West Side Line - New Customer?

Today the Redding, CA Record-Searchlight featured a story about the local Grainger Industrial Supply Store closing, as well as 4 others in Calif.
A new Grainger Industrial Supply "mega-distribution center" is to open in Patterson, south of Tracy.

Does anyone know if this new facility will be serviced by CFNR via the West Side Line or will this be serviced by truck only?
