So the Yreka depot and shops are apparently for sale. The railroad track itself is or isn't for sale, but can't be scrapped unless the Yreka Western is legally abandoned as a railroad.

The YW #19 is either:

1) For sale
2) Going with Court Hammond to the Wallowa Union in Oregon
3) Has liens or some legal claim against it and isn't going anywhere

depending on which rumor might be true .........

Does anyone else think something smells here?
