As long as China needs North Korea, nothing will change. North Korea is only propped up by China, and wouldn't even exist if not for Chinese support during the Korean War and continuing to this day. Look at the night satellite view. A few lights on in Pyongyang or whatever that God forsaken Hellhole is, while the South is lit like a Christmas tree. I dunno, you tell me which is better. China builds an aircraft carrier, works on missiles to take out ours, and hacks NASA, and we're all concerned that North Korea is working on/has nukes.
