Two Baldwins and an Alco

The morning sun has highlighted Mt. Shasta but has yet to make it to the McCloud River right of way as Baldwin diesels 33 and 32 assist 2-6-2 25 on a freight headed East out of McCloud. The train is headed to the Lookout interchange with the Great Northern. The reason number 25 was in freight service was to ferry her to Lookout to head an excursion train making it's way up the Inside Gateway. 25 will accompany the special to Mt. Shasta City. By the looks of Mt. Shasta the winter was a bit wetter than this years has been so far.
