80% of which ridership number?

Forgive me for not trusting their pronouncements, but they change so often, and often have little to no substantiation, so I generally am skeptical when they make pronouncements like this.

For example, in the same newspaper article where they proclaimed the 80% number, Ms. Zane stated that the North Santa Rosa station was the highest ridership station on the line. Which is not true, according to their EIR (it's downtown SR followed by Windsor, and then N. Santa Rosa).

No doubt- the down economy is helping them make back some of the shortfall... but they have not come out with authoritative updated ridership numbers for several years. They made a half-hearted attempt last February, but the projections were acknowledged to be flawed.
