SOW Dinner Train last Thurs / Tacoma

Last week when I was coming down Hwy 705 into Tacoma I noticed the SOW Dinner Train was still sitting at the Freighthouse Square at 7:30 pm...

I believe it was last Thursday....

Did they have mechanical problems? Or just late getting a Green signal???

I've seen SOW 84 in the TR shops a few times in the last few weeks..
