Ah, the typical comments, of the usual nature, from the ususal suspects.

In this highly rational parallel universe, the Palmdale/Tejon decision is probably the work of the secret Martian and/or Kenyan conspiracy to have BART take over all transit in the world....

Of course, it's not the realities of the state's economics, or the actual politics of meeting the more mundane but realistic travel demands facing real taxpayers and voters driving down the 14, on a rainy day, at about 12 miles an hour, to get to work this morning that might be driving Palmdale's backers......?

Nope, it's definitely the aliens?
