Some nice sequences in your video. The single-truck Birney, while not in PE colors, is PE.

There are no PE PCCs left in the U.S. Some went to Brazil, but I don't know if any still operate. Muni has an imposter painted PE. PE PCCs were Pullman built. Most PCCs were from St. Louis Car Co.
