The road at the far right margin of the picture is well lit by dual street lights, indicative of a busy boulevard and the high voltage transmission line both give me doubts about it being anywhere on the Redlands Loop. The reasonably high burm from the right-of-way cut is also a clue, but I can't recall a location featuring that.

Also, remember that the Santa Ana river bridge between Mentone and East Highland was burned/washed out...? When...?
