It will be interesting to see where they find the money to subsidize this operation and all the other welfare-social service programs in the State. Tax the rich will only go so far and then I guess it will be 20% sales tax and $25 bridge tolls. Day after tomorrow.

I remember when I rode the NdeM to Mexico City in 1969 I thought it would be around certainly for as long as I was around. And the Queretaro electrification? I see Mexico as the template for California's future.
