But Bob, they did pass a Transportation Bill, punted that sucker right down the road for sixty
days. To the Swiss gentleman, yes it does cost more to live better but the Swiss aren't straddled
with the sheer volume of "poor and needy" that we are and in fact in Switzerland you damn well
better be poor and needy if you claim so or they real nasty. It'll get better when the 47% who
don't pay Federal Income Tax (and get large refunds) become part of the system and manufacturing
and skilled services expand to include them (or we get real nasty).
