Thank you for this article. As a D.V. 49er, i have chased the T&T from Ludlow up thru Baker to Rhyolite. The DVR from dv junction to Ryan is interesting but very hard to trace. Some years ago, we got to tour part of Ryan. We got to see the 'mine' rail oar cars from the east end mines to Ryan where it converted to narrow guage.
