Hi Richard ! !

John and His wife are about the best people You will ever meet !

I had hoped to work with them on this trip but last minute surgery 2 weeks ago today diminished My chances of working the whole trip. I am OK though. Missing those of You I know on this trip but all is not lost ! I will be chasing the train from Congress to Parker today.

Here is a pic I took on last year's Portola trip. This photo sums up very well what was said earlier.
