Only if CFNR (Rail America) does not renew the options in the original contract. Unless things have changed since the original writing the remaining lease includes not only the Napa but Davis and tracy lines as well.
The parties could, of course, agree to modify the lease but CNFR has their shops and offices in Napa and Davis.
