Stockton Question

Along the South side of March Lane is an obvious former ROW. It goes as far as an "S" curve in March Lane, where there appears to have been a crossing. It then continues East through various residential areas where it has been made into a "greenbelt"

What line was this and when was it removed? Thanks in advance.
