Ah yes, the very same people who gave the world the "big dig" Boston. Years and years of cost overruns and etc. As my cousin who lived through it said , we would get daily reports on the tv as to what roads were or were not open as this unbelievable costly boondooogle took place for years and years. Someone would show up with a crew and put up a brick wall and the next day another crew would show up and tear it down.
