Question about stored flats north of Centralia, WA

I've been asked if I know anything about the "10 miles" of stored intermodal flats on the ex-MILW line north of Centralia, Washington. Anyone know what the deal is? Stored for scrapping maybe? Anyone? Shoreline Sammie? Beuller?
