Then I stand corrected. The law has changed from what Model RR'er article stated a few years ago. Thank you for the info! Also, that explains why some of the POTB SD9s had working Mars lights until the road closed in '07-top speed was only 10 MPH, so the older law from the '90s requiring signal lights but not spelling out "ditch lights only" would have applied to them. Ya learn something new every day when you pay attention! :-D
