Someone finally looked under the 3 shells for the pea and found a $54 million bushel of peas. I am sure that every other state department would turn up similar caches if real people did real audits of them---------I speak as the wife of someone who just served 6 years on the foundation of one of the state parks. If you can believe this, the foundation was going to donate $23K to State parks to pay for a certain service and Parks said they would charge the foundation 15% of the amount to "process" the money. Say what? we are donating x dollars and you are charging us 15% for the privilege!!
