Here in Oregon, GWI has Willamette & Pacific, RA has the Central Oregon & Pacific. I'm wondering if they would combine the two roads under a single name -- they'll already have a direct connection in Eugene.

It also brings a different player into the discussions concerning the reopening of the CORP, ex-SP line over Siskyou summit in southern Oregon.
