Yes, it is a tad confusing. There is the TIcketsWest site and the 4449 site and there are conflicting pieces of information between the two so I decided to wait a bit until someone gets the acts together and the info is the same. Didn't realize that TicketsWest is part of Red Lion. Interesting. They say no refunds once you push the ticket button. THe 4449 group says something different.
