So who do we buy them from and what paramaters apply as to whether we have choices of dome cars and whether the tickets are refundable or not? Those are the really basic issues as far as I am concerned. I intend no criticism here as I know that organizing these things is a complex situation, but if two entities are selling tickets with different rules etc, that does make for a dilemma for the purchasers. Some coordination seems to be needed.
