Mr. Speaker, you know that you have been run off by special agents from many different railroads, and are have had many field interviews done on you by law enforcement agencies. How about the time you received a citation in the mail for trespassing at an east coast intermodal facility? Remember, they photographed you and your truck there, then sent the citation to the registered owner. (You) How about the time, about 1992, that the Santa Fe Railway Police visited you and your parents at home, to specifically inform you not to trespass on the Santa Fe, and to stop making phone calls to train dispatchers? You don't recall this? Just because time has passed, and some of the railroads have merged, does not mean that you can continue to trespass and/or bother railroad employees.
