Trains magazine mentioned that heat restrictions in the Dakotas and track work are making the westbound Builder's very late arriving in Seattle and Portland. Since the morning arrival is turned to become the evening departure (even when the train is ontime the turnaround is only about 6-1/2 hours) the eastbounds are departing Seattle and Portland at least a few hours late.
