Sorry but I don't classify Jeff as a "clown". He does a pretty good job as my county chair. I also thought the article was pretty well balanced. Jeff is just responding to some mis-directed environmentalists. I for one have a real problem with my fellow envirmentalists when they want to dictate what other countrys do. Exporting coal just might get some of our "foreign debt" back.... and yes, coal dust is a non-problem. Put me on the side that is sick and tired, tired and sick of the USA telling other countrys what to do. Like we are perfect.........now lets talk about fracking......... Arlen
