As far as the Emblem on the nose, it is UP's newest internal campaign called "The Courage to Care" logo. This year, 8 UP Employees have been killed, and this is what they came up with last month, in hopes that employees will step up to the plate to watch out better for each other, and they think this will help prevent further deaths from happening. This is being pushed out by Lance Fritz, UP Executive Vice President, Operations. As far as the Blue thing, I don't know. I have to inquire about that one.
