There's a few photos of it in transit under a blue tarp on Railpictures, Trainorders, et cetera.

An EMD rep at the convention center said it was lowboy'd into the building, lifted by a pair of cranetrucks, then the lowboy was driven out from underneath and the locomotive was lowered onto the track. Same rep also told me that EMD spent roughly 9 months planning and working to make the above exhibition possible.
