There is an excellent HO scale model of the octagonal phone booth, I'm not sure who made it. Also at least one Santa Fe octagonal phone booth that you can see preserved at the historic Santa Anita Depot, located at the Los Angeles County Arboretum in Arcadia, CA. There were a few of these on the 2nd District in Southern California, one stood for years adjacent to the high bridge accross the Arroyo Seco (now Gold Line), visible from the Pasadena Freeway.
