The image above is of the new McCoy Shuttle loader site, taken 10/5/12 according to the Co-Ag home page. Image linked from Co-Ag, here: [www.co-ag.com]
I believe that the tunnel-like structures are concrete shells that will house the conveyors connecting the storage bins and the loader.

The link below is to a video of rails being unloaded directly from flatcars on the W&I main at McCoy, using a couple of extended reach forklifts. Not really all that exciting video, but evidence that progress is being made.
