A short bit of the line North of the shops is used for short term car storage, three miles on the
East side of the UP is not used but it's all under wire and used daily. The Progressive sub that
is buying the line has pledged to keep both the electrics and the two full time employees. Much
of the line is in fairly heavy sectional rail and good ballast, has a couple new industrial spurs
and aside from the electrics looks like a prosperous little short line.
