Hopefully, the ethanol plant will help a little bit in driving down gas prices. The less travel time for the ethanol, the better.

Of course, it's only a little fraction, but as a college student my philosophy is that every little bit of help counts.

As for the passenger train, will it be the new service or will it replace the plans for the "Village Cruzer" service proposed from Capitola to Aptos?
