The smaller "Baby Tens" (I goofed on that earlier) were the regular cars on the "J" as their size made the a better fit on curves of the private right of way.

The MUNI did not keep any of the Toronto cars. At the time, preserving PCC cars, trolley festivals, and the "F" were still flights of fancy and they scrapped all but one. That car went to Rio Vista and has since been sold to Kansas City, restored to KC colors and is on display in that City.
