They were having horn trouble from at least the Capitola whistle stop on the way up. Lots of chatter heard trying to sort it out to no avail. It was rather unfortunate and walking a very fine line considering it was only the 3rd train movement across that stretch in nearly a year. Both units had horns working by the evening.
