Similar Marin schemes have come up in the past, only to evaporate due to high cost and low patronage.

The only line deserving electrification is SMART, with maybe a surface line down to the Canal and the GGT facility on Bellam(assuming GGT takes over SMART).

Decades will pass and many budget crises before the SMART fiasco is sorted out.
