Narrow gauge ---- HAH. The map recreates virtually the entirety of Drum and De Sabla's 3rd rail North Shore electrification of 108 years ago. This isn't to say it would be a bad idea, but what is really needed is a new Death Tube, like BARTD's, running from Sausalito (right about where the NWP pier used to be) around the E side of Alcatraz to the environs of the Ferry Building, where it could connect with the PCS electrification, and never mind the 750v DC matchbox toys. Perhaps there could even be an underground/underwater station for Alcatraz.
