Should be a TV crew crackdown too. Saw a Saturday show item a couple of weeks ago where the on-air people complained that the closest parking (in Elk Grove) was on the other side of the tracks so they dug into the ballast to run their wires underneath just in case a train came by. Which one did, while they were on the air at a farmers market.
