Sunsets & Saturation

When I processed these the other night I backed off on the saturation because I thought it was too strong. The reality is the red tint from the setting sun illuminating the scene was very intense. I am going to go back to either the saturation level as it came from the camera or a -10. I am curious how others prefer the saturation level.
