There are two collections of locomotives at Chemurgic. The tracks and equipment along the bottom edge of the Google photo belong to Dieselmotive, Inc., which is owned by Matt Monson, who also owns the stored locomotives at Schellville and leases a couple of units to the NWP. Jim Bruggere (whose nickname "Bugs" was the source of the reporting mark BUGX) is retired and is no longer active in the business. Matt actually owns this property, having bought it from the chemical company.
The equipment seen at the upper left of the photo belongs to a non-profit group calling itself the "Turlock & Western Railway." They refer to themselves as a museum, however they don't seem to have any program involving the public.
