In comparison the others are in spectacular shape, but that isn't saying much.
But yes, the county has a few million bucks set aside for bridge repairs and from what I hear, (and what seems to make sense) is that they are going to try to fix the LSB one first because it is about to fall down in a strong wind. I'd imagine they just build new towers under the old deck.
As for the Big Trees question, I'd be very surprised if that happened. More likely would be the sand quarry up near Wilder Ranch starting to ship again.
