The equipment you discussed is in the Dobbas yard. The Green goat is owned by the Modac Railroad Academy and needs to be trucked into them since they are landlocked. The GTW 40' boxcar is also going to them. The bright yellow ex UP caboose is/was owned by the Modac and was in Woodland (CA) for a number of years.

The F40 looking equipment are the power cars to the ill fated Rail grinder that derailed and burned on Donner in Late OCT. The crew cars and a fuel tank car from the train are also there. These where sitting on the sand track up along Church street (Roseville, CA) where the UP parks the flanger sets. I am not sure if these items will be trucked back east or what, but I doubt they will be scraped.

The spur that the old SP flanger is sitting on is used to unload bulk materials. Also cars to be scrapped are also parked there to be dragged over into the scrapping area.

The Taylor Heavy Haul yard is actually across the road from Dobbas and is the one where the old ng boxcars and flats are. This is the only RR equipment besides some detrucked 40' boxcars in their yard. The area on the Dobbas side is a parking area for their rigs.
