An "F7P" was an SP (and T&NO) term for an F7A that was equipped for passenger service with a steam line, communication line, boiler controls and passenger gearing, but no steam generator. So, different than an FP7, which had a steam generator. I've never heard of B units with steam generators referred to as "F7P" however.
