Taylors Heavy Haul, Antelope (UPRR JR Davis Roseville Yard)

As long as Ive been railfanning Roseville and Antelope, Ive been curious about this business located near the geographic west end of the old Antelope Yard (now reconfigured part of Roseville Yard). The owner seems to have several pieces of antique and/or historical rail equipment behind a locked fence in a small yard. The yard has a spur which appears to be still active leading from a track in the newly reconfigured yard. On Monday I was able to see partially over the fence and noted a F-40PH which was painted all yellow, no numbers visible, a new or appeared to be new Green Goat, a Burro crane and several passenger cars and ex-SP cabooses. Also one of the old round telephone sheds was there as well against the wall. Anyone know anything about this business and the background of the equipment being stored?
