"Bum Fights" Has A Championship Tournament At KCUT

This involved Train 3 that departed Chicago on February 13th. Location is Kansas City.

Isn't coach travel wonderful? Wouldn't you love to be seated alongside one of these stellar members of our society from Chicago to Los Angeles?

Note that there was almost non-existant lighting on the platform -- was the electric bill unpaid?

The CHI-KCY T&E crew had already fled the scene and the KCY-DDG T&E crew had yet to show up. The only personnel on the scene was the on-board service crew. I believe there's a rule that states that locomotives (and trains) are not to be left unattended at crew change points by T&E personnel. Maybe there's an exemption in Kansas City.
