I haven't had any issues. Though the access road that goes up to the Loop is now locked by a gate. Last year while chasing the Coast Starlight on the loop, I ran into a few guys from the UP Maintenance Crew. One of them looked like a foreman. They didn't seem to mind as long as I stayed out of the way. They were also pretty friendly when I was up there in October as well. But that is just from my trips up there.
