The puppet judiciary will rubber-stamp anything Jerry Brown wants.

Those unhappy with the CHSRA or Prop 1A compliance probably made a mistake in trying to get it placed again on the ballot. There is so much taxpayer money to be scammed off this thing I suggest a lot of the opposition was mostly lip-service.

The way to truly bug Jerry Brown and PB is to harp on the promise of private investor involvement. They are afraid on having any private interests on board who would investigate and out the obvious flaws. As currently conceived, three gold-plated commute operations connected by two 3rd-rate mountain detours, it will hemorrhage red ink.

There is an interesting chronological dovetail between the apparent Santa Fe decision to give up on Tejon(1911)and the Chandler purchase of the Ranch(1912). I wonder if this a 100 year old NIMBY policy. Anyone know more about this?
