At this point there is no recourse whatsoever. The Moondoggle will be built, rammed thru by the Burton-Pelosi-Brown political machine with aid and succor from DC. It does not matter if it is thoroughly dysfunctional; it is strictly a jobs program, a gift to friends of the regime.

This thing will require serious subsidy to keep turning a wheel. My guess is they will attempt to nationalize the operating deficit via Amtrak takeover.
