These cars are being modified with better seating, luggage racks, restrooms, etc. The first coach should arrive in Oakland by the end of the month, although it will be awhile before a whole train set is available. Not sure about food service; it's likely they'll drop an Amfleet/Horizon snack bar into a couple of the cars. Time will tell.
