Mid America Passenger Cars Depart Watsonville CA 03-07-2013

The last of the Mid America passenger cars departed Watsonville on March 7, 2013. Mark Miller of Mid America departed ahead of the cars the week before and I stopped by that day to say goodbye to him while he inspected the cars for the last time in Watsonville.

I posted some pictures of the departure of the cars on West Coast Rail Forums. It was a unique move since they shoved the passenger cars down Walker Street. Be patient as the page loads. I have a lot of pictures linked and this page loads very slowly.
